RDM is an automation Prolis component (a wndiws service) usually a part of Prolis RL, is installed on Prolis server. RDM can be configured to iterate after every 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, half a hour, one hour, 2 hoursm 3 hours (or custom timing). In each iteration, RDM retreives critical values became ready during previous and current iterations, compiles the report and fax and/or email (configurable) the report to the related provider, in the first pass. In the 2nd pass, it fax and/or email the report scheduled during previous and the current iterations. Laboratories running RDM, ends up saving 80% of the cost of manual resource used to do the same job with an added bonus of error free performance which would occur otherwise.
